β How scoring works β you never grade anything
The rule: the facilitator never checks if an answer is "right". No sitting through 70 submissions per team. Everything scores automatically.
Three task types β all auto-scored
β Proof on submit (photo, video, physical, creative text): points are awarded the moment the team submits. The photo/video is the proof β there's nothing to mark right or wrong. (Like Goosechase.)
β Quiz (multiple-choice or typed answer): only self-contained questions with a built-in answer (riddles, logic, general knowledge). The app checks right/wrong instantly β one try. No local facts the host would have to verify.
π Location bonus +25%: "done at the point" is checked automatically by the phone's GPS on submit β not by you.
What the facilitator does instead
Just watch the live media feed for fun. Optional: at the end, tap a few favourites to hand out awards (Most Creative, Bravest, etc.) β purely for the celebration, never for base points.
Why this matters
It keeps the promise: the easiest team activity you'll ever run. No verifying, no disputes, no "is that the right architect?". Inclusion still holds β every task has a lead role, and any task can be swapped for an equal-point one.
